49 - Gleaning From Others

As preachers, we often hear others preach. When we do, we can ignore them because we might think they have nothing to teach us. Or we may mock them because they do something strange. How much better would our preaching be if we stopped listening with a critical ear, and began listening with a desire to glean something for our personal life and preaching.
