10 tips for improving sermon delivery

1. Practice your delivery. Make sure you know your sermon well and practice speaking it out loud.

2. Speak slowly and clearly. Make sure your audience can understand every word you say.

3. Make eye contact. Connect with your audience by looking at them as you talk.

4. Vary your volume. Use pauses and changes in volume to add emphasis to key points.

5. Use gestures and body language. This helps to bring the sermon alive and keep your audience's attention.

6. Use stories and illustrations. This can help to make your sermon more memorable and engaging.

7. Use technology and visuals. This can help to illustrate points and keep your audience interested.

8. Ask questions. Engage your audience by asking questions or having them answer questions.

9. Don’t be afraid to be yourself. You don’t have to be a polished speaker to deliver a powerful sermon.

10. Use humor. A few light-hearted moments can help to break up the sermon and keep your audience engaged.
